		<description>It takes me forever to complete our shopping; we look at every label ingredients (until we know the vendor that is). It is a VERY important part of raising our family!

I see your point about the slow pace of change, which is amazing to me considering if you look back to the beginning of farming thousands of years ago we made a relatively swift change to industrial agriculture.  The earliest evidence of farming dates back 7000 years and yet it&#039;s only taken us 70 years to get where we are.  Let&#039;s hope our switch back is gradual enough for today&#039;s consumers to adapt to the change but swift enough to save ourselves!</description>
